The first launch shows a warning — that is expected

The app is not code-signed yet, so the OS warns about it like any unregistered software. It is not damaged; the terminal install commands handle this for you.

macOS: if it says "CT Work is damaged", run:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/CT Work.app"

Windows: if SmartScreen blocks it: More info → Run anyway.
